About the Founder

Trenkler Johnson

Have lived in the Dallas ares all my life sense 1994 and worked for several major companies from Rockwall Int,  DSC Communication, Abbott Laboratories before realizing that her calling was to serve children and adults.

  Village Hands & Hearts was founded in 2011; realizing a greater need Feeding the Homeless and Volunteering help with the Summer Food Program.

 Trenkler began implementing children and adult programs in communities service understanding parents’ inability to afford costly childcare expenses. 

Village HH was formed that only 12% of low-income children are being feed a summer meal .  Not only providing the need to keep children healthy with a balanced meal during out of school time but to also be able to provide meals to children after school supper for the low-income children – particularly single mothers who were unable to afford all the time  funds may run short.

VillageHH Director will Conduct a mandatory Meeting with all employees New and Old employees to ensure everyone employed have done the required Civil Right Training is required before start work.

If we have a customer who believes their Civil Rights have been violated. Our Director will conduct and oral and written allegation of discrimination, Our Director will collect the formation of the Complainant their name, address, and phone number, The Date and location of Name and address, the name, title, business of who has knowledge of the alleged incident. And all associated staff will have to provide a written documentation regarding the complaint and Then Our Director will report the claim of discrimination to USDA with a courtesy copy to TDA. Our Director civil Right prohibits discrimination on the basis of race,color,sex,age,or national origin. Our Policy cover all employees of VillageHH . We will not tolerate, condone, or allow sexual harassment, whether engaged in by follow employees, supervisors, managers, or by outside clients or other non-employee who conduct business with VillageHH.
